Using design and technology to redefine the meaning of "artisanal" and have a greater social impact.

Since 2013, Hilo Sagrado has implemented an inclusive development model that recognizes the deep cultural legacy and the value of artisanal communities in Latin America, and that seeks to empower women with the tools that allow them to improve their quality of life. Through education, economic empowerment and sustainable development, our goal is that the communities in which we work can be self -sustainable, providing women with the necessary tools to become microentrepreneurs, appropriate their own work and get out of poverty extreme
 

Because we are different?

Hilo Sagrado collaborates with the private and public sector, international and individual organizations to develop an innovative knowledge and solutions that have a social, economic and environmental impact on the indigenous communities with which we work. We collect funds through various channels, such as donations, crowdfunding, associations and the sale of our artisanal products to approach the achievement of our dream: to empower indigenous communities so that they are able to take care of their own development and free yourself from extreme poverty.
